Venues management

The allocation of rooms for the purpose of core teaching activities, i.e. unit of study classes, are coordinated by the University's timetable coordinator. Twice a year, the University Venues unit provides staffing support to the timetable coordinator for the purpose of timetable room allocations.

Where appropriate, timetable booking requests are provided to individual faculty timetable coordinators or directly to the timetable coordinator viathecomputer booking system.
