Description of the service:
|
The Service Desk is the contact point for anyone on the University campus to report any facilities related matters to CIS staff. The request will be assigned a priority rating and be dispatched to the appropriate manager for action. The work requests are prioritised according to: urgent requests, routine or special requests. |

Availability - Campus:
|
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle and Camden.

Any CIS serviced building
|

Availability - Time:
|
7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday.

Any university staff, students or visitors to the campus.
