Plumbing repairs

Description of the service:
The maintenance plumbing group repair/replace/restore existing plumbing infrastructure and hardware on campus. This includes: toilets, troughs, urinals (incluing seats, bowls, tapware), water supply (hot and cold), drainage systems (leaking, blocked or overflowing), leaks (pipes, taps) gas supply problems.
Service Level Agreement:
Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, with works scheduled as soon as practical.
Availability - Campus:
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle, Camden and Cumberland.

 Availability - Time:

 Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Availability - Other:
For other campuses, contact the local person responsible for managing maintenance related items.
Available to:
University wide community (except for independently managed groups who may acquire the service on a user pays basis).
How to access:
CIS Service Desk on 9351 7838, or the eService Desk.
How to use:
For repair of building related items, contact CIS Service Desk or eService Desk. Provide details of the location, problem and contact information.
Service options:
Requests for new or additional plumbing may be requested. These are at the users' expense.
