Fridge / freezer faults

Description of the service:
For faults with fridges and freezers (not domestic units in kitchens) the mechanical group will provide maintenance repairs. The fridges and freezers are usually listed as plant intems.
Service Level Agreement:
Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours with works scheduled as soon as practical.
Availability - Campus:
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle, Camden and Cumberland.
Availability - Time:
Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.00pm.
Afterhours;

Availability - Other:
For other campuses, contact the local person responsible for managing maintenance related items.
Available to:
University wide community (except for independently managed bodies who may acquire service on a user pays basis).
How to access:
CIS Service Desk on 9351 7838, or the eService Desk.
How to use:
If you have a problem with your fridge or freezer, contact CIS Service Desk or eService Desk. Provide details of the location, problem and contact information.
Service options:
Repairs and maintenance can be arranged for domestic, ie kitchen or personal use fridges/freezers. The cost of these services are incurred by the requestors department.
