Air conditioning problems

Description of the service:

Trade Services is available to investigate and rectify any problems with air conditioners. This includes air conditioners that are too hot, cold, not working or are noisy.

Service Level Agreement:
|
Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, with works scheduled as soon as practical. |
|
Availability - Campus:
|
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle and Camden.
|
|
Availability - Time:
|
Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.00pm.
|
|
Availability - Other:
|
For other campuses, contact the local person responsible for managing maintenance related items. |
|
Available to:
|
University wide community (except for independently managed bodies who may acquire service on a user pays basis). |
