Sorting internal mail

Description of the service:

For all mail addressed to other University departments or locations (ie internal mail), collection and sorting is required. The mail is collected daily according to the Mail Run Sheet and sorted by the mail room from where it is delivered on the next run.

How to access:
|
Locate your external mail point and place mail there.

How to use:
|
Place items in internal envelopes addressed to the destination required. Place the mail in your outgoing mail delivery point.

Q. How long does mail take to be delivered?
A. Internal mail is delivered on the next run after it is collected eg, if you put something in the morning run for collection it would be delivered on the afternoon run of the same day. This mail is delivered to the building only. Distribution throught the building depends on local arrangements. |
