How to use:
To avoid delay please ensure the correct address is used. It is vital that the University of Sydney appears as the suburb on Express Post items as well as the correct postcode 2006. If any other suburb (ie Camperdown, Newtown, Darlington etc) is written on the suburb line of the address, the Express Post will be delayed.

Any FAQs / How-tos:
Q. I have had an Express Post sent to me and I haven't received it yet. Where is it? A. If you have the item number we are able to check if the Express Post Item has been delivered to the mail room. This number is usually available from the sender. It is also a good idea to check exactly how the sender addressed the item as this is where most delays occur. |
