Lift repairs

Description of the service:
For any lift faults, the lift contractor provides repairs as required. This includes damage to the lifts, non-working lifts or any other problems within the lifts.
Service Level Agreement:
Requests will be reveiwed within 24 hours with works scheduled as soon as practical.
Availability - Campus:
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle, Camden and Cumberland.
Availability - Time:
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm.

Available to:
University wide community.
How to access:
Service Desk on 9351 7838, or the eService Desk.
How to use:
For any lift problems report them to the Service Desk or the eService Desk. In the event of being trapped in a lift, all lifts are equipped with telephones which contact the repair company directly. These phones should only be used when stuck in a lift. For all other faults, report them through the Service Desk.
