Maintenance cleaning

Description of the service:

Periodic scheduled maintenance tasks for floor surfaces to maintain the condition and longevity of floor surfaces. These include carpet shampooing and strip and sealing of vinyl floors.

Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle and Camden

Availability - Buildings:

The buildings covered are listed in the cleaning contract.

Availability - Time:
|
These tasks are scheduled for times outside the University core operational hours.

Available to:
|
All areas covered by the University cleaning contract.

Costs:
|
The scheduled maintenance is funded by CIS. Any additional requests above the scheduled works require funding by the requestor.

These works are undertaken according to a pre-determined schedule. If additional works are required, contact the Service Desk or launch a work request with the e-Service Desk.

Service options:
|
Additional maintenance cleaning above the scheduled tasks can be requested but additional charges will be incurred for these works. These will require funding from the requesting department or group.
