Tiling

Description of the service:
The repair or replacement of tiles in the built environment is undertaken by the building maintenance group. This includes ceramic tiles in kitchens and bathrooms, ceiling tiles in rooms and tiled common areas.
Service Level Agreement:
Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours with works scheduled as soon as practical.
Availability - Campus:
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle, Camden and Cumberland.
Availability - Buildings:
All buildings on available campuses.
Availability - Time:
7.30 - 4.00 Monday to Friday.
Afterhours;
eService Desk
Availability - Other:
For other campuses, contact the local person responsible for managing maintenance related items.
Available to:
University wide community (except for independently managed bodies who may acquire service on a user pays basis).
How to access:
CIS Service Desk on 9351 7838, or the eService Desk.
How to use:
For rectification of tile works, contact CIS via the Service Desk or the eService Desk. Provide details of the location, problem and contact information.
Service options:
Non-maintenance tiling works can be requested on a user pays basis.
