Description of the service:

The building maintenance group are responsible for undertaking any repairs to paintwork in the built environment.
|

Service Level Agreement:
|
Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours with works scheduled as soon as practical. |
|
Availability - Campus:
|
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle and Camden.
|
|
Availability - Buildings:
|
All buildings on available campuses.
|
|
Availability - Time:
|
7.30 - 4.00 Monday to Friday.
|
|
Availability - Other:
|
For other campuses, contact the local person responsible for managing maintenance related items. |
|
Available to:
|
University wide community (except for independently managed bodies who may acquire service on a user pays basis). |

How to use:
|
For rectification of paintworks, contact CIS via the Service Desk or the e~Service Desk. Provide details of the location, problem and contact information.
|
|
Service options:
|
Non-maintenance works can be requested on a user pays basis. In some instances the Area Managers are involved in these works. |
