Carpentry work quotations

Description of the service:
User funded carpentry work can be quoted upon and undertaken by Maintenance Services. All non-maintenance carpentry work is classified as user funded.
Service Level Agreement:
Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours with quotations provided as soon as practical depending on the nature of the works requested.
Availability - Campus:
Camperdown, Darlington, Burren Street, St James, Mallett Street, Rozelle, Camden and Cumberland.
Availability - Buildings:
All buildings on available campuses.
Availability - Time:
7.30 - 4.00 Monday to Friday.
Afterhours;
eService Desk
Availability - Other:
For other campuses, contact the local person responsible for managing maintenance related items.
Available to:
University wide community.
Costs:
User funded for works that proceed.
How to access:
CIS Service Desk on 9351 7838, or the eService Desk.
How to use:
If you require a quote for additional carpentry related works that are not maintenance, place a Work Request via the Service Desk or the eService Desk, with the details and requirements marking box on the request "Quotation" or advise the operator it is for a quote. This will then be reveiwed by the building maintenance group supervisor.
