Description of the service:

Precinct officers will ensure that general teaching spaces are maintained in a suitable manner. This includes the provision of consumables such as chalk and dusters required for teaching, periodic cleaning of black and white boards, appropriate placement of furniture and the reporting of maintenance issues. |

All buildings that are designated to receive this service via a precinct officer.

|
As required by core teaching classes (i.e Unit of Study classes).

Available to:

All general teaching spaces in buildings that are allocated a precinct officer.

Costs:
|
Depending upon the room hire rate applicable to the client, these services may either be included in the room rental rate or charged at actual precinct officer overtime costs.

How to access:
|
For Unit of Study classes, this is a scheduled activity of the precinct officers. For other casual room bookings, make any specific requests at the time booking is made with University Venues.

Service options:
|
For assistance with regards to non-Unit of Study classes, arrangements can be made for attendant assistance on a user pays basis.
