Internal building signs assist the visitor in finding a specific room or location within a building.

Internal signage implemented at The University of Sydney

All guidelines for internal signage are in the Internal Signage Manual. The manual describes the internal signage system implemented throughout all existing and future University buildings on and off campus.
The aim of the signage system is to ensure that internal building signs meet quality standards of aesthetic appeal, uniformity and simplicity, while being highly functional in providing the information necessary and in accordance with BCA regulations.
