The e~Service Desk currently enables anyone with a 'UniKey' on any of the University's campuses to request facilities related work. It is possible to report a condition, such as a broken window, equipment failure, communicate facility deficiencies, etc., or to view the status of a request previously made. This can be done entering the minimal information necessary to communicate maintenance work required. In the near future the e~Service Desk will act as a portal to a number of Asset & Campus Infrastructure related services, like asset management, accessing floor plans, space related information, etc.

 
In order to use the e~Service Desk users need to have a valid University of Sydney 'UniKey Login & Password'.
